Employees contribute their time across a variety of initiatives, and many also participate in foundation programs. The program operates across multiple markets, redirecting food from landfills to communities in need. The PriceSmart Foundation serves as PriceSmart Inc.\u2019s strategic philanthropic partner, creating economic opportunities by working with local partner organizations that reach underserved communities in the markets where PriceSmart operates.<\/p>

The Foundation supports secondary and technical educational programs that help students develop the skills and confidence needed to pursue further studies or enter the workforce, while also strengthening small and medium enterprises\u2014primarily those led by women\u2014to expand access to sustainable livelihoods.<\/p>

Aprender y Crecer is a long-standing initiative dedicated to supporting public education in Latin America. Each fall, PriceSmart clubs in the countries where Aprender y Crecer operates host an annual \u201cJuntos Por La Educaci\u00f3n\u201d (Together for Education) fundraising campaign that serves as an important source of funding for the Aprender y Crecer program.<\/p>

We are pleased to share that the campaign achieved record support from PriceSmart members. All contributions go directly toward the supplies and materials provided to students, teachers, and schools participating in the program.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
