The information in this report covers PriceSmart\u2019s operations in the United States (our San Diego and Miami offices as well as the Miami Distribution Center) and the 12 countries and one U.S. territory in which the company operates: Aruba; Barbados; Colombia; Costa Rica; Dominican Republic; El Salvador; Guatemala; Honduras; Jamaica; Nicaragua; Panama; Trinidad; and the United States Virgin Islands. Although the content of this report has been prepared using the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards as a guideline, it is not in accordance with the GRI Standards. No external assurance has been sought specifically for this report. We have no restatements to disclose.
