I Decide: Your Choice, Our Safety<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In support of our ongoing commitment to safety, we launched a three-month safety campaign: \u201cI Decide: Your Choice, Our Safety.\u201d<\/p>

The campaign included a series of activities designed to promote a culture of safety and avoid accidents in our clubs and distribution centers. However, its central purpose was to ensure that every employee internalizes the understanding that each decision affects everyone\u2019s safety, so a commitment to following safety rules and procedures at all times is essential.<\/p>

Each club participated in a series of workshops designed to encourage employees to think holistically about safety, and the potential consequences of unsafe behavior. While the topic was serious, employees had fun during the workshops and learning sessions, which included creating murals in which each team member expressed why safety matters to them.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
